Character competition - Superhero character

I entered a local convention contest to design a 'Superhero' character for their upcoming con. I've never designed a superhero so I thought this would be a really fun project to try out!

I got the idea from watching an episode of Tom and Jerry, actually! You know how Tom is always chasing Jerry, but Jerry is just too smart and fast for tom? Yeah, I reminded me of a lot of superhero stories.

I might create a evil cat villain to go along with her, but I know I'd end up like the cat a whole lot more. (I'm a cat kind of girl)
